The resident must go to the Leasing Office and complete a Leinbach Money Back Guarantee Notice to Vacate. Any other written notice will not qualify. Written notice must be given within 30 days of move-in and the resident must move-out within 30 days of written notice. The property will refund both the application fee and the security deposit less any damages to the apartment. The resident will be responsible for their rent through the date of move-out. Expand Resident agrees to pay a nonrefundable Pet Fee of $200 per animal, and a Pet Deposit of $100 per animal, which is refundable upon move-out less any damages caused by the pet. Resident agrees to pay a monthly fee of $10 per pet as Pet Rent. In addition to the Rental Amount. Only two (2) pets will be kept in the apartment.
